Bikran has personally raised over $45 Million of equity from individual investors for real estate transactions.
He has created a full back-office administration structure to support fund managers in providing investor reporting, distributions, and tax filings on behalf of capital raisers.
Bikran specializes in overseeing underwriting, asset management, and investor relations for all assets.
He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Alice Pan.
